This mudguard is designed for tyres with a 19" to 21" diameter.
A special heat treatment process is applied to each BK fender after welding to eliminate distortion and internal stresses in the metal. The stress-free material helps prevent cracks or breakage when exposed to vibration.
All BK fenders are precision cut by robotic plasma from circular-shaped round steel with a 2.0 mm thickness, which improves strength and makes welding easier.
The mudguards are made of uncoated steel.
