The raw material this fender has been cut from has a 39 cm radius (78 cm diameter).
Check the radius of your specific tyre for a pre-fit check, allowing a worry-free installation.
This mudguard is designed for use with 14" to 18" diameter tyres, allowing 5-8 cm of suspension travel.
A special heat treatment process is applied to each BK mudguard, after the welding process, to eliminate distortion and stress within the metal itself. The stress-free material will help prevent cracks or breakage when exposed to vibration.
All BK fenders are precisely cut by robotic plasma from 2.0 mm thick circular round steel, which increases strength and makes welding easier.
The mudguards are made of uncoated steel.
