BMC air filter element

Compatible with OEM wedge style air filters.
This is 'The Red Filter'. Used in Formula 1, Le Mans, Moto GP and World Superbike. Designed as a straightforward, direct replacement to outperform OEM paper air filters. Made with a metal mesh containing multiple layers of oiled cotton filter material. This allows better air flow, sufficient for applications from stock to high performance. To further help prevent small impurities from entering the engine, filter oil is used to create a 'tacky' barrier that allows air flow but traps particles as small as 7 microns. All filters are manufactured with precision and continuously checked during production to guarantee the highest possible quality. The filters are washable and reusable. Made in the EU.
