BMC air filter element

'The Red Filter'. Used in Formula 1, Le Mans, Moto GP and World Superbike. Designed as a direct, hassle-free replacement and upgrade for OEM paper air filters. Made with a metal mesh containing multiple layers of cotton with oiled filtering material. This allows better airflow, sufficient for applications from stock to high performance. To help prevent small impurities from entering the engine, filtration oil is used to create an 'adhesive' barrier that allows airflow but retains particles as small as 7 microns. All filters are precision manufactured and continuously checked during production to guarantee the highest possible quality. Washable and reusable filters. Made in the EU.
