JIMS has created the new "Flow Pro 1" oil pump, machined from solid aluminium, to increase return capacity compared to a stock oil pump. Jims starts from a solid 6061-T651 aluminium block for the body and cover, and uses matched gears. All components have been machined on CNC machinery to exact tolerances. Jims guarantees an 18% increase in feed flow and 20% in return volume. Each "Flow Pro 1" oil pump uses matched gears, matched individually to each other and also to the pump body, to maximise feed and return flows. These high-precision pumps are superior to any oil pump, whether stock or from the accessory industry, and are used by most engine builders of high-performance engines.
