Front and rear crash bar kit.
High quality steel engine guards with a durable black powder coat finish. This kit for Touring models includes both front (engine) and rear (bags) protection bars. Includes replaceable Delrin sliders. Includes installation hardware.
- TIG welded - Black powder coat finish - 7 gauge mild steel mounts and reinforcements - Replaceable Delrin sliders - Includes 1/2"-13 hex head bolts.
Note:
- For 09-13 Road Glide models, the Burly crash bar kit does not integrate with the original fairing lower brackets. Installation requires fabricating new fairing lower brackets (not included).
- The front deflector (Chin Spoiler) on some models may need to be removed or replaced with an oil radiator cover to install the Burly Brand crash bar kit.
- Installation on 09-13 Road Glide and Street Glide models requires replacing the lower saddlebag mounts (left and right) with H-D part numbers 49194-09A and 90781-09A.
- Due to interference from the liquid cooling lines, this kit is not compatible with Twin-Cooled Touring models.
- For Road Glide 15-24 models (excl. 18-21 FLTRXSE CVO Road Glide, 20-23 FLTRXS Road Glide Special and 22-23 FLTRXST Road Glide ST), installation requires new lower brackets as this kit does not integrate with the original fairing lower brackets. Burly recommends a single fairing bracket (not included), H-D 47200354, BRKT, FR FAIR, SPRT Assembly BLK and the necessary hardware.
