The design and dimensions of the clutch cable are based on the original. However, the clutch cable offered here features an internal PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sliding liner.
The high self-lubricating properties of the PTFE material allow long-lasting and very smooth sliding without additional lubrication.
Never lubricate PTFE casings afterwards, as lubricants cause the sliding material to swell and destroy the sliding function.
