520 QUAD transmission chain

The best ATV chain developed to withstand the most severe off-road riding loads, yet lightweight with maximum performance
The «QUAD SERIES» chains feature patented Z44 sealing lips that considerably increase chain performance and service life, making previous X-ring and Z-ring versions a thing of the past.
50% less friction compared to traditional seals/O-rings
Constant lubrication with high-temperature grease in the critical pin/bushing area increases chain life
Features pins manufactured from a high-carbon alloy to minimise wear and rollers with increased thickness to enhance durability.
With thicker outer plates and quadruple riveting to increase tensile strength.
All parts are shot-peened for maximum fatigue resistance and all chains are pre-stretched for superior performance and minimal adjustments.
