Combining a competition cylinder with a larger carburettor is the best option for achieving higher speed, as a larger carburettor improves cylinder filling and increases revs and top speed.
For smooth riding behaviour, any modification to your scooter requires carburettor adjustments.
Naraku 30mm racing carburettor for 125-300cc engines. Intake manifold connection: 36mm, air filter connection: 50mm.
