Once the starter motor has been used, particularly on high-torque starter motors, your HD requires at least a 50-mile ride to fully recharge the battery. Consequently, short journeys may easily leave the battery significantly discharged. The ideal solution is the fully automatic AccuMate trickle charger. This private-label Zodiac trickle charger will resolve your starting issues and extend battery life. It is suitable for both 6V and 12V systems, including lead-acid, gel, and maintenance-free batteries. This 3-stage "IUoU" charging system not only charges a depleted battery but also maintains a battery in optimal condition and automatically recharges it when the current drops below 200mA. The AccuMate is extremely easy to operate, featuring a single switch to select either 6V or 12V. Electronic fuses prevent short circuits or incorrect polarity. The AccuMate also features 5 LEDs to indicate: • Power On • Charging • Voltage Selection • Reverse Polarity • Fully Charged A set of eyelet connection cables is available separately, as the charging unit is supplied without them, allowing you to charge batteries from more than one vehicle.
