Catalyst

Akrapovic uses performance-oriented catalytic converters that maintain the usual sound and performance improvements of their exhaust systems.
The catalytic converter is a honeycomb metal structure incorporating precious metals (palladium, rhodium and platinum) on its surface.
These metals convert carbon monoxide and unburnt hydrocarbons in the exhaust gases into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water vapour.
#18102526 is required to homologate this part. Sample image: see the part description and specifications for individual details.
