The cylinders are honed to standard size, but due to the variation in piston sizes on the market we recommend that you check the clearance between cylinder and piston to ensure trouble-free assembly and running-in. Alternatively, for 1948 and later models, we offer front and rear cylinder sets of the same size, ready to install with Genuine Zodiac pistons and Hastings rings for high, trouble-free mileage.
