Cometic, gasket kit for EST engine only. Bore 4.125"

With 0.036" multi-layer steel (MLS) head gaskets and 4-1/8" bore. With 99-10 style breather gaskets and 99-04 style (first generation) valve stem seals.
This EST (Extreme Sealing Technology) gasket kit includes all gaskets, seals and O-rings used on the specific H-D model mentioned, excluding the primary gaskets.
It is the easy way to carry out a complete overhaul and have all the necessary gaskets in one package for engine reassembly.
This EST gasket set contains MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) cylinder head gaskets which eliminate the use of O-rings for the alignment dowels.
The base gaskets are single layer steel (SLS), 0.020" thick.
They have 0.005" high-temperature Viton rubber on both sides and are the strongest on the market.
The rocker cover gaskets are also single layer steel (SLS), 0.020" thick. They do not leak, deform, break or become brittle over time.
The exhaust gaskets do not obstruct exhaust gas flow or fray in the exhaust port.
The valve seals use Viton rubber and outer springs for a perfect seal.
- MLS = Multi-Layer Steel explained:
Consists of a top and bottom layer of spring stainless steel, covered by high-temperature rubber on both sides. The inner ring is also stainless steel. These 3-layer gaskets are riveted together, outside of the sealing surface, for ease of installation. MLS head gaskets eliminate the use of O-rings for alignment dowels.
