Cometic, engine-only gasket kit EST. 4" bore

With .030" multi-layer steel (MLS) cylinder head gaskets.
With 99-10 style breather gaskets and early 99-04 style valve stem seals.
These EST (Extreme Sealing Technology) gasket kits include all gaskets, seals and O-rings used on the specific H-D model mentioned, excluding the primary gaskets.
It is the easy way to carry out a complete overhaul and have all the necessary gaskets in one package for engine reassembly.
This EST gasket set contains MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) cylinder head gaskets that eliminate the use of o-rings for alignment dowels.
The base gaskets are single layer steel (SLS), .020" thick.
They have .005" high-temperature Viton rubber on both sides and are the toughest on the market.
The rocker cover gaskets are also .020" thick SLS. They do not leak, extrude, break or become brittle over time.
The exhaust gaskets do not obstruct exhaust gas flow nor fray into the exhaust port.
The valve seals use Viton rubber and outer springs for a perfect seal.

Consists of a top and bottom layer of resilient stainless steel, covered by high temperature rubber on both sides. The inner ring is also stainless steel. These 3 layer gaskets are riveted together, outside of the sealing surface, for ease of installation. MLS head gaskets eliminate the use of o-rings for alignment dowels.
