Cometic, engine-only gasket kit EST. 4" bore

With 0.040" MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) cylinder head gaskets. With 99-10 style breather gaskets and early style 99-04 valve stem seal gaskets.
These EST (Extreme Sealing Technology) gasket sets are complete with all gaskets, seals and O-rings used on the specific H-D model mentioned, excluding the primary gaskets.
It is the easy way to carry out a complete overhaul and have all the gaskets required in one package to reassemble the engine.
This EST gasket set contains MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) cylinder head gaskets that eliminate the use of O-rings for guide pins.
The base gaskets are 0.020" thick SLS (Single Layer Steel).
They have 0.005" high-temperature Viton rubber on both sides and are the strongest on the market.
The rocker cover gaskets are also 0.020" thick SLS. They do not leak, extrude, break or become brittle over time.
The exhaust gaskets do not obstruct exhaust gas flow or fray in the exhaust port.
The valve seals use Viton rubber and outer springs for a perfect seal.

Consists of a top and bottom layer of spring stainless steel, covered with high-temperature rubber on both sides. The inner ring is also stainless steel. These 3-layer gaskets are riveted together, outside the gasket surface, for easy installation. MLS cylinder head gaskets eliminate the use of O-rings for guide pins.
