Special kickstart version, for exclusive use with kick starting. Same as 538404, but with timing retarded to TDC below 300 RPM to prevent kickback. Includes selectable single/double fire and/or single/double spark plug. Selectable advance and rev limit. With 8 advance curves and 8 rev limits, from 6000 to 7500 RPM, it can be tuned to suit your specific engine. Easy selection via a rotary switch on the ignition unit. All modules include a built-in static timing light and offer an extended temperature range and low-voltage operation.
Note: A tachometer adapter (MCS 538408) is required to correct the tachometer output signal when using single fire ignition, for a correct representation of the RPM.
