The filter's flow is +5.43% higher than the H-D OEM air filter. Easy installation. The DNA filtering medium is composed of 4 layers of surgical-grade cotton gauze impregnated with 'naphta', developed especially by DNA's in-house R&D team. The cotton gauze is placed between 2 layers of epoxy-coated marine-grade aluminium wire mesh, before being robotically pleated to DNA's exclusive 'large radius fold edge' patterns. The result is an extremely high-flow filter (98% efficiency) that exceeds the current needs of any motorcycle. It offers increased potential performance, efficiency and rideability, combined with long-lasting durability.
