Dual-Cool, the ultimate engine cooling system

Harley-Davidson Twin Cam models often suffer from cooling problems that make them run at high temperatures. The Milwaukee Eight is even worse. Adjusting the fuel injection or fitting tuning parts such as open air filters, open exhausts, high-performance cams and/or Big Bore kits are well known to increase cooling issues. The Dual-Cool system is an easy-to-install solution that even improves the look of your vehicle. The Dual-Cool kits bolt onto the horn bracket on the left-hand side of the frame, right between the front and rear cylinder heads. They direct a large amount of cool air to the hot spots on the cylinder head, cooling them to reduce engine and oil temperature and increase engine life.
 
● Windstorm is a minimalist design that resolves moderate cooling issues
● Hurricane features larger fans that even solve serious cooling problems. The larger size, unfortunately, makes the Hurricane heavier and this makes the use of a Vibration Tamer kit mandatory on Twin Cam Touring and Trike 2009-2016. A Vibration Tamer is also recommended on other models that vibrate more than average. Hurricane and Vibration Tamer kits must be ordered separately.
● Plug-n-Play for Touring 1999-2013; installation on other models requires purchasing a model-specific wiring adapter separately.
● Vibration Moderator kit available as an option. It is designed to reduce vibrations and improve the overall efficiency of the Dual-Cool system, ensuring even smoother and more reliable performance. A good addition to the Vibration Tamer and also an excellent alternative for motorcycles where the Vibration Tamer is not available.
