OEM reproduction hydraulic unit. Replacement for 17920-53A.
Note: The old-style hydraulic tappet assemblies can be purchased as a complete set (hydraulic unit + roller tappet body) or as individual parts.
When purchasing individual parts, correct tolerance cannot be guaranteed, which may affect hydraulic function. Distributors with larger stock can combine hydraulic units and lifter bodies to form an assembly offering excellent bleed times.
For the others, it is recommended to purchase a complete hydraulic unit and tappet body set from the same manufacturer, such as S&S or JIMS. These are machined with the correct tolerance to each other to work properly from the word go.
