Measuring just 40mm x 25mm x 12.5mm, this is the smallest electronic control box in the world, making wiring a motorcycle very simple. It works with stock handlebar control switches or with five or two custom momentary push-buttons of your choice. It features a built-in turn signal relay with hazard light function that operates LED or bulb-type turn signals at a constant rate of "90 flashes per minute". The turn signal relay can also be programmed to switch off automatically after 40 flashes. When used on a motorcycle with electric start, you must use an external start relay. You can use 0.14mm2 (26 AWG) wire for the inputs, 0.75mm2 (19 AWG) wire for the power outputs and 1.5mm2 (16 AWG) for the main supply line. Motorcycles with kick start can use the start connection for the brake light using the same thin 0.14mm2 diameter wire from the switch to the control box. Maximum output for the headlight is 5 amp and 3 amp for all other outputs.
