BARNETT "SCORPION" CLUTCH

The "Scorpion" clutch has more than twice the friction surface compared to the original clutch, and provides smooth engagement and release for easier neutral finding, and also smoother shifting. The clutch steel separator set guarantees there is no wear on the aluminium surface. The "Scorpion" clutch incorporates 6 very heavy-duty coil springs instead of the original diaphragm. In addition, Barnett includes extra spring sets to adjust the clutch from Mild Street to Wild Race. Adjustment is easy without removing the primary cover. The Barnett Scorpion clutch is designed for wet or semi-wet applications and is compatible with any primary oil. It can be fitted with standard tools; a special tool to facilitate removal of the Scorpion clutch bell is available separately, as are clutch lock-up plates to lock the outer clutch bell to the inner basket. Scorpion clutches are available for most models.
