Programmable Nitro ignition for competition V-Twin engines by MSD - Super conductor spark plug leads (red)

With modern racing regulations, the demand for motorcycle performance increases every day. MSD responded by introducing the programmable nitro ignition system. This system combines the advantages of a capacitive discharge ignition system with an inductive one. For this class of power two ignition control units are needed; one for the CD circuits and programming control, and another with the inductive circuits. Together these controls deliver a single spark to two hybrid coils. These coils must be used to optimise ignition, fuel efficiency and engine management. The Nitro system allows unlimited tuning possibilities through advanced programming with MSD pro data+ software. Curves can be programmed with 0.1°/100 revolutions, shift points, delays and different rev limits. The ignition unit, coils, pick-ups, and rotor are all sold separately.
