CYCLE ELECTRIC STATOR - CE FXD99-03 F*ST00

It took Cycle Electric years of development to create their stator line. They start with a higher temperature insulation system capable of withstanding temperatures above 600°F. Others do not reach 425°F. This thinner insulation allows better heat transfer and better magnetic coupling. They then finish each stator using a precision needle winder. This improves consistency, heat transfer, and magnetic coupling. Better heat transfer means cooler operating temperatures. Better magnetic coupling yields improved performance across the entire RPM range. Cycle Electric use top-quality connection materials. When replacing a stator on an Evolution or Shovelhead, compare the connector type to see which system is currently in use. If in doubt, replace the complete system as a set.
