FEULING complete cam case kits include all the components needed from the top to the bottom of the cam case, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but to do so in complete harmony. These cam case kits take the guesswork out of the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimal performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.
The complete RACE SERIES Conversion Kits include: FEULING RACE SERIES high volume oil pump, high flow cam plate, REAPER Series conversion camshafts, RACE SERIES short travel hydraulic roller lifters, QUICK adjustable pushrods, chrome pushrod tubes, hydraulic tensioner pads and housings, sprockets, roller chains, camshaft sprocket alignment spacers, Timken bearings, gaskets, O-rings, exhaust gaskets, ARP fasteners, washers, molybdenum paste, Loctite and hardware.
The cam chest kits are available in FEULING HP+ and RACE SERIES combinations, and with gear or chain driven REAPER camshafts. Compatibility available for '99-'17 Twin Cam engines. Engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 pounds more oil pressure, quieter and smoother engine running, eliminates wet sumping, blow-by and oily air filters.
UPGRADE YOUR OLD MECHANICAL STYLE CAMS AND TENSIONERS TO THE NEW HYDRAULIC STYLE TENSIONER SYSTEM
Bolt-in conversion camshafts for '99-'06 Twin Cam engines. These camshafts use the '99-'06 camshaft inner journals with the '07-'17 camshaft outer journals, allowing the use of '07-'17 cam plates, the oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners and the chain drive system.
594 CAMS - Ferocious performance camshaft for a variety of engine sizes, large-displacement 103", 110" and 124" engines seeking a superior torque band with excellent horsepower gains on heavy bikes (RPM 2,200 - 6,250). Mid-to-high displacement 95" engines on lighter bikes looking to twist the throttle and exploit some power (RPM 2,500 - 6,800). Large displacements respond well to a higher compression ratio, and smaller displacements will require it. The 594 camshafts require high-performance valve springs, pushrods, tappets, carburettor and/or throttle body work, performance exhaust, intake and clutch.
