Loctite 222 threadlocker

Designed for locking and sealing threaded fasteners that require easy disassembly with standard hand tools. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Especially suitable for applications such as the fitting of set screws, small-diameter bolts or bolts with a large thread engagement, where easy disassembly without shearing the bolt is required. The thixotropic nature of this threadlocker reduces the migration of liquid product after application. Disassembles with normal hand tools.
