With the 3-position Fox QSR quick rebound adjustment. The internal floating piston (IFP) effectively separates the nitrogen gas from the shock oil. The gas-free oil maintains damping as designed by Fox engineers, even after prolonged use. The main piston valving has been reconfigured and extensively tested over a wide range of conditions to work in harmony with the new three-position quick rebound (QSR) settings, making it easy to adjust one of the three rebound settings via a knob for different riding situations.

Note: Standard or heavy duty springs?
This is not about quality, but about the weight the bike will carry. For a bike that usually carries less than 240 lb/109 kg (rider + luggage), standard springs are the best choice. When the bike usually carries more than 240 lb/109 kg (such as rider + passenger + luggage), heavy-duty springs are the best choice.
