Chassis cup and bearing conversion kit

This conversion kit is compatible with all pre-1977 K models and XL Sportsters that still retain the original old-style loose ball bearings.
This kit is used to replace the OEM loose ball bearing system and convert it to the newer style 45586-78 tapered bearings for the frame neck of XL Sportster models.
Complete kit with frame cups, bearing races, Timken-style tapered bearings and dust shields. Nothing more required apart from a few tools.
