Used as an optional or replacement insert.
Installs easily into the Halder hammer head casing, allowing your mallet to be finely adjusted, with inserts made of one or even two-component materials in a single mallet for optimum versatility.
The insert is made from soft metal. Durable and offers high impact resistance.
Hardness 5 on a scale of 5. Heat resistant. Silver colour.
Note: The soft metal inserts may not install in aluminium hammer head housings.
