Replacement inner primary cover for Big Twin models.
Note: The inner primary covers on 89-93 Softail models are identical to those on 94-98 Softail models. The only difference is the larger diameter hole for the starter shaft bushing on 89-93 models.
By installing a 'metal filler', you can install the smaller starter shaft bushing from 94-98 models. This way, the 89-93 inner primary cover will fit 94-98 Softail models.
