Used to repair the breather orifice (often damaged by the original manufacturer's plastic breather valves). No need to disassemble the crankcases. This tool re-bores the orifice to +.030" to allow installation of a +.030" JIMS or S&S replacement steel breather valve.
Note: After the reaming process, all aluminium swarf must be removed. Also, when working on 36-69 crankcases, before reaming, check whether the wall thickness at the vent hole is sufficient so the reamer does not break through.
