Blue powder-coated steel. On many later H-D models, rubber-mounted engines are a structural part of the chassis. With the engine removed, it becomes impossible to roll the bike, which can be inconvenient in a workshop. By installing the 'Rollin Buddy', the chassis is reconnected and the bike can be rolled as if the engine were installed, keeping the workshop floor and lifts free of immobilised motorcycles.
