JIMS, vacuum fork filler

Used to change fork oil on Full Dresser models. A fork oil change normally takes around 2 hours; this tool reduces that time to about 30 minutes. Compatible with all other models, except those with inverted or cartridge-type forks.
Note 1: The 978614 manual vacuum tool is required for use with the 978613 fork vacuum filling tool.
Note 2: Not compatible with inverted or cartridge type forks.
