Cometic’s exclusive “AFM” (Aluminum Foamette Material) foam and aluminium gaskets feature an aluminium base with a chemically bonded and expanded synthetic nitrile rubber coating on the outer layer
The seals have a thermal resistance of over 205°F
They have an 85% shape recovery rate, while also maintaining high torque retention, making them the ideal material for gaskets for machined surfaces
No gasket sealant required
