KB, Large capacity STD piston kit M8 114/117 to 120"

Forged Super Duty series for Milwaukee Eight engines. Hard anodised ring land and top ring groove to reflect heat and prevent micro-welding between ring and groove. The Line2Line self-lubricating, abradable powder coating technique allows installation with zero clearance; final clearance will be 0.003". The piston creates its own perfect clearance during break-in; the coating automatically provides the most precise and perfect fit between piston and cylinder, with no piston rock and the best possible ring sealing.
Note: Compatible with 114/117" M8 engines. The cylinder must be bored to an oversized 4.125". No crankcase boring required, OEM weight so rebalancing is not necessary and it works with the standard 4.500" stroke.
Compression ratio: 10.9:1 (with 88.6cc head volume).
Piston weight: OEM.
Piston pin weight: 115 gr., offset: 0.025".
Piston: +1.9cc / Flat top.
Compression height: 1.083".
Ring set: 1.2mm 1.2mm 3.0mm.
4 1/8" bore / Original stroke 4.500".
