3-5/8" big bore piston kit. Compatible with 3-5/8" big bore cylinders with a length of 5.330" (stock) to 5.530" (+.200").
Compatible with 4-1/4" (stock, 88"), 4-1/2" (93"), 4-5/8" (96") to 4-3/4" (98") long-stroke engine flywheels.
Compression ratio 10.0:1. Piston weight 385 gr. Piston pin weight 97 gr.
Head type: Dome / Dome -57cc.
Compression height 1.285" / Diameter 3.625" (3 5/8").
Stroke 4.250" to 4.750" (4-1/4" to 4-3/4").
Rod length 7.440" / Cylinder length 5.330" (Std) to 5.530" (+.200").
Includes T6 heat treated 390 hypereutectic cast aluminium pistons with a 16% silicon content, allowing a very tight clearance for greater durability and virtually no piston noise.
Note: The top compression ring will require additional clearance. See instructions.
Note: 5.330" cylinders can be used with the standard 4-1/4" stroke. Longer strokes require longer cylinders of the correct length or long stroke plates to achieve the desired compression ratio.
