Right-side big tube chassis kit with tyres up to 330 - Transmission mounting plate, mild steel

The right-side drive thick-tube chassis has been designed to accommodate extremely wide tyres such as the 300 or 330. It accepts original or replacement Evolution-style engines, and with a ZPN 236889 engine mount adapter, it is also suitable for Twin Cam engines. It must be used with a right-side drive transmission. This allows for the centred mounting of a 330 tyre while maintaining perfect balance on the motorcycle. The chassis employs massive 35mm and 28mm tubes for the swingarm. Additionally, the thickness of the side plates has been increased from 12mm to 15mm to enhance the chunky appearance, in keeping with the tyre. These plates are stepped in the seat mounting area, allowing the installation of an Evolution Softail-style seat, such as the Le Pera Bare Bone. The chassis accepts mudguards up to 12 1/2". The steering head has been raked to 38°, requiring an extended fork of 4 to 6", depending on the wheel used. The kickstand and forward control mounts are welded. The chassis features a Twin Cam-style oil drain system. The chassis is fully TIG welded for increased strength and accepts 1987-1999 Softail-style shock absorbers, Evolution Big Twin-style oil tanks, Flat Side-style petrol tanks, Softail Evolution-style forward controls, Big Twin-style triple tree covers, and custom rear brake callipers with a Y-bracket.
