Adding electrical accessories increases amperage draw. Always consider the amperage rating of switches and cables. If too much current flows, they can overheat and burn out. Fuses and circuit breakers protect the wiring and switches. DO NOT REPLACE THE 30A MAIN SWITCH WITH A 50A ONE. THE SWITCHES AND CABLES WILL NOT BE PROTECTED.
