"Wide-Ass" swingarm kit for Dyna 2006-2017

Since the 2006 Dyna models arrived from the factory with a new 6-speed gearbox, a completely redesigned primary drive, as well as a new swingarm and numerous chassis modifications, we deemed it necessary to design a new Wide Ass conversion kit. This comprehensive Wide Ass kit allows you to fit a 250mm rear tyre on an 8.50" wide rim to the original Dyna chassis while retaining the original belt without trimming.

The kit includes everything required: an extra-wide swingarm available untreated or black powder-coated, rear wheel axle, rear wheel axle adjusters, untreated or black powder-coated mudguard mounts compatible with mudguards up to 10 1/2" wide, extended primary drive mounting bolts, a complete 25mm primary drive offset kit with a primary drive spacer, extended crankshaft with extended crank nut, extended transmission main shaft, extended 5th speed sprocket with needle bearings and seal, extended belt pulley spacer, extended clutch pushrod, starter motor extension, primary-to-transmission spacers, and all necessary fasteners to offset your primary drive. Indeed, all parts are suitable for 2006 models up to the current year.

The wheel, mudguard, and rear tyre are not included. We offer a wide range of extra-wide mudguards, tyres, rims, and wheels for use with this extra-wide swingarm elsewhere in this catalogue.
 
 Note: The kit for 2012-2013 models also fits earlier models equipped with a Screamin' Eagle OEM compensator 40274-08 or 40274-08A. These have only 1 thrust washer between the sprocket and the sprocket retainer. The kit for 2014 to current models also fits earlier models equipped with a Screamin' Eagle OEM compensator 3650034, 36500034A, 40100061, 4220064, 4220064A, 42200095 or 42200095A. These have a needle thrust bearing and 2 washers between the sprocket and the sprocket retainer.
