CLUTCH CABLE KIT
This kit is ‘universal’ and supplied with uncut cables at one end to trim to the required length. All connections are designed for secure fixing without soldering.
This clutch cable kit is extra long, 2.080mm (82 inches), and comes in a black PVC-coated steel outer casing (9.00mm outer diameter) and includes terminals to fit the clutch lever.
The included terminals comprise a loose stepped ferrule with a 12.00mm outer diameter body and 8.80mm nose, and a 5/16 UNF threaded adjuster mounted with a length of 12.7mm (1/2 inch).
The cable (2.50mm braiding) has a fixed sleeve terminal with a 6.2mm (1/4 inch) outer diameter at one end and a loose adjustable barrel terminal with a 10.00mm outer diameter by 19.07mm (3/4 inch), which is secured as required with a 2.5mm hexagonal grub screw.
This kit also includes a small tube of adhesive to secure the sleeve terminals to the PVC coating.
