Usage mode:
SURFACE PREPARATION
1. Wash your bike thoroughly with Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, Punk Powder or Snow Foam, and ensure it is completely dry before starting the coating process.
2. Depending on the condition of the paint or surface, carry out the necessary correction to remove defects such as swirl marks, water spots, and scratches. This product is highly durable and will seal any imperfections.
3. Remove any excess polish or wax by cleaning all painted surfaces with preparation spray. Simply spray onto the microfibre cloth and wipe clean.
Ceramic coating application
1. We recommend applying the coating in a cool, dry, and clean indoor area with good lighting and ventilation. On non-original finishes, test first in an inconspicuous area.
2. Shake the container well for 10 seconds to activate the formula.
3. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when applying the coating.
4. Unscrew the child safety cap and apply the coating evenly and moderately using the included microfiber applicator pad. (A little goes a long way).
5. Start with the highest surfaces and apply in a cross and overlapping pattern to cover all areas. It is recommended to limit the application to approximately the size of one tube or bicycle panel at a time. Relax and apply slowly and carefully for the best results.
6. Apply more coating to the applicator when the application is uneven or the applicator does not glide smoothly over the surface.
7. Allow the wet coating to cure for 5 minutes. During this time, the surface will display a rainbow effect. Ensure all areas are covered. Using the included microfibre cloth, gently polish in circular motions until a mirror-like shine is achieved. Check from various angles to ensure the rainbow effect has been fully removed. Do not allow curing for more than 5 minutes and ensure all product residue is removed.
8. Once polished, allow the coating to cure completely for 24 hours in a cool, dry place before exposing it to water or the elements. (For best results and adhesion, do not wash the bike for at least 48 hours after application).
9. A second coat can be applied for increased durability. Follow the application instructions after the first coat has cured. There is no need to re-prepare the surface.

MAINTENANCE/CLEANING
1. For proper maintenance of your ceramic coating, we recommend cleaning only with our Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, Punk Powder or Snow Foam. Avoid other solvents or acidic cleaners, as they will degrade the coating more quickly.
2. Keeping the surface clean ensures the hydrophobic properties of the coating are maintained.
3. If you notice that the surface loses its hydrophobic properties over time, you can renew the coating. We recommend a maintenance application every 6 months for optimal performance.
