Our X-Treme Heavy Duty axles are reinforced compared to the standard Heavy Duty range to withstand the most demanding terrains in desert, sand, mud, rock, and short track racing.
After years of development, Demon Powersports has created a robust and affordable axle, designed for the highest level of competition. The success of our products is based on strict quality control. All products undergo extreme testing and trials before launch.
These axles are larger, sturdier, and more robust. The Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Axles feature homokinetic joints and larger axles, exclusive dual heat treatment, and 4340 Chromoly steel in all components: axle, housing, cage, track, and balls.
This provides axles with an advantage in strength and durability. We have redesigned the cage to improve robustness and use molybdenum grease to lubricate internal components. The internal axle parts are micro-polished to prevent CV overheating.
4340 Chromoly steel is more elastic, allowing the shaft and its components to absorb stress and retain it internally, preventing it from transferring to the differential and transmission. This helps preserve other vehicle components.

Our X-Treme Heavy Duty is designed to work with all major Long Travel and Lift Kit suspension systems. Built for the demands of the desert and dunes, it is pre-optimised for heat, allowing CVs to run cooler and last longer. BITD, SCORE, SNORA, DAKAR and other riders trust our products.
