These kits convert Sportster XL1100 1986-1987 and XL1200 1988-2022 to 1250 cc capacities. No machining or rebalancing required. The kit contains 3 9/16" bore forged flat-top pistons with coated piston skirts, 3 9/16" bore S&S cylinders, MLS head gaskets, base gaskets, exhaust gaskets, assembly lubricant and instructions. The kits can also be used on XL883 when fitted with XL1200 cylinder heads.
