Burly Low Boy kits for lowering the fork - 1 5/8"

The Low Boy fork lowering kits are designed to lower the fork used by Harley-Davidson by 1 1/4" or 2" (depending on how the kit is installed). We believe the Low Boy kits, which use longer rebound springs and shorter, firmer fork springs, offer significant advantages over more conventional ways of lowering the fork. The advantages are: no need to disassemble the entire fork for installation, easy choice between two different measurements 1 1/4" or 2", and the ability to return to the original height without major (or costly) work. The springs are of progressive construction to prevent the fork from bottoming out due to the reduced suspension travel, whilst maintaining the original comfort. Its maximum sag is the same as original, so the distance from chassis to ground does not change at this point.
