"North sea Chopper" bike kits

These "North Sea Chopper" bike kits created by Ton Pels "The Godfather" are designed on the basis of the famous Kraft/Tech frame with approval.
 These kits include 99% of the necessary parts; you will only need to paint them and carry out the electrical installation. The components used are from the industry’s leading manufacturers and have proven quality. The kits include parts from brands such as Zodiac, Performance Machine, CruiseSpeed, S&S, TPD, Le Pera and many others. The concept for the motorcycle kit project began when Ton was building his own high-neck straight backbone chopper, the Coastline Tramp. He realised there would be interest in a complete kit at an affordable price, so the kit comes with a front disc. It uses the Kraft/Tech high-steerer chassis with a wide tube frame and wide suspension, an elongated fuel tank and a 250 rear tyre, giving the bike a “KILLER” line. The North Sea Copper™ chassis features an 8” extended frame and a 38° steering head angle, combined with 14” longer forks for a wilder appearance. The engine is positioned in its original location with the transmission displacement integrated into the chassis. Completed with a TPD transmission, Performance Machine wheels and brake calipers, an S&S EVO 96CI engine and a teardrop air filter, we not only have a killer appearance but a killer bike overall. With its long forks and fat tyre, the bike has a radical and wild look, yet remains highly manoeuvrable. Kits are available with Softail chassis, with one or two front tubes. Check the component list at www.zodiac.nl or request a list from your usual dealer. Due to the wide range of applicable exhaust systems, these are not included. We recommend using a Softail Rocker or Softail Breakout 2008-2017 exhaust system.
