Swingarm kits from Ton Pels curved series

Curved, smooth swingarm with hidden axle-mounting pockets. The kits are designed to fit original Softail-style frames and Zodiac Wide-Tail style frames and will accept tyres up to 250 with 8.00" or 8.50" wide rims. The kit bolts directly onto your original Softail frame, as on our Wide-Tail frame, and a final drive belt can still be used. The original Softail Evolution must be converted to the latest 20mm wide belt with pulleys, or to chain drive. All swingarm kits include a fully TIG-welded curved swingarm with smooth hidden axle pockets, rear wheel axle, stainless steel mudguard extension plate, swingarm bearings, swingarm axle pivot spacer and the appropriate transmission relocation kit, with gaskets. It must be installed with a custom rear brake caliper with Y bracket, such as Performance Machine ZPN 721402. Extra-wide mudguards and custom-style mudguard brackets can be found elsewhere in this catalogue.
 
 Note: The kit for 2012-2013 models also fits 2008-2011 models equipped with a Screamin' Eagle OEM compensator 40274-08 or 40274-08A. These have only 1 thrust washer between the sprocket and the sprocket retainer. The kit for 2014-2017 models also fits 2008-2013 models equipped with a Screamin' Eagle OEM compensator 36500034A, 40100061, 4220064A or 42200095A. These have a thrust needle bearing and 2 washers between the sprocket and the sprocket retainer.
