High-performance Carbonite clutch kits

Alto Products is one of the largest independent clutch plate manufacturers in the USA. You can be sure they know what they are talking about when it comes to clutches, having been in the business for over 40 years. They developed their Carbonite clutch kits specifically for high-performance applications. This set of carbon fibre and nitrided steel (Carbonite) offers improved friction at the start and end of engagement. The Carbonite steel plates receive the same nitride treatment as the plates of other compounds, to prevent warping. The nitrided steel also cools and lubricates the clutch, improving feel and performance. Carbonite kits can be used wet or dry, but in a dry environment they show their full potential. All kits come with an extra friction and separator plate for improved torque resistance.
