S&S Hot set up 124CI kits for Twin Cam A and B

These Hot Set Up 124CI kits allow Twin Cam owners to convert their standard engine to 124CI using the original crankcase. This has advantages such as keeping the original serial numbers and not having to pay for a complete engine. Many parts of the original engine are reused, such as the crankcase, oil pump, cam cover and pushrods. The kits come with S&S 91cc cylinder heads and a 10.8:1 compression ratio. Your engine will still be easy to start thanks to the S&S Easy Start cams. The kits include 4 1/8" cylinders and pistons, 4 5/8" stroke flywheel assembly for A or B Twin Cam engines, an S&S 640 gear drive cam set and all the necessary hardware, gaskets and instructions. To complete these kits on carburettor bikes, a Super G carburettor kit must be ordered separately. Injection models require the installation of a fuel injection tuner such as the S&S VFI, Dynojet PowerVision, ThunderMax or TwinTec TCFI. Optionally, you may also wish to purchase an S&S tuned induction package.
 
 Note: S&S Twin Cam flywheels are designed for use with two Timken tapered roller bearings on the sprocket shaft. They will drop directly into 1999 to 2002 OEM Twin Cam crankcases. Installation on 2003 to current models requires installation of the Jims Timken conversion sleeve ZPN751051 and the matching bearing. S&S will not honour any warranty in the event of sprocket shaft bearing failures when S&S Twin Cam flywheels are used on 2003-2017 models.
