Manganese bronze. Includes special shoulder for easier installation. Compatible with OEM valve seals. Shortened to accept valve lifts up to .600". Softer and less durable than C630 bearing bronze, but allows for lower cost and re-truing to size is quick and easy. Finishing can be done with simple tools such as a ball hone and an electric drill. Rapid heat transfer and excellent lubricity.
Note: Reamers and special spherical grinding stones for manganese are available.
Note: The standard dimensions without oversize (for reference only) are: 0.5620" O.D. (14.27mm); .3085" I.D. (7.84mm); 2.100" O.A.L. (53.34mm).
