Manganese bronze is softer and less durable than C630 bearing bronze, but allows for lower cost and custom grinding is quick and easy, and can be finished with simple tools such as a spherical grinding stone and an electric drill. Fast heat transfer and good lubricity.
Note: The standard, non-oversize dimensions (for reference only) are: 0.6250" outside diameter (15.88mm); 0.3745" inside diameter (9.51mm); 1.91" overall length (48.51mm).
Note: Special manganese ball grinders and sharpening stones are available.
