Manganese bronze is softer and less durable than C630 bearing bronze, but allows for lower cost and reaming to size is quick and easy, with the finishing able to be done with simple tools such as a ball hone and an electric drill. Rapid heat transfer and good lubricity.
Note: The standard dimensions without oversize (for reference only) are 0.6250" O.D. (15.88mm); 0.3745" I.D. (9.51mm); 1.91" O.A.L. (48.51mm).
